Stephen G. Maysonave
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Relativity Technologies


Steve has an impressive 35-year career in high technology including seven years at Intel Corporation and over twenty years in international business development. He is an acknowledged expert in global sales / sales management combined with in-depth experience in marketing, strategic planning, and enterprise software. Steve has managed four worldwide sales operations, including building three from scratch.

Steve served as SVP Illustra Information Technologies, the pioneering vendor of enterprise, rich-content database software. Illustra was recognized as the "Most Influential Company in the Database Marketplace," and was acquired by Informix for $400M in stock. He was SVP/GM Digital Research, Inc., which was acquired by Novell for over $100M.

Previously, Steve held positions of VP/GM Global Partners at Informix Software and Director of Marketing and Business Development at the research consortium, Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation (MCC). His career began in 1968 at RCA's Computer Systems Division as a software engineer. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of San Francisco.


Lee Reiswig
Retired IBM General Manager

As retired General Manager of IBM's Personal Software Products Division, Lee was responsible for worldwide development, marketing, sales and support for PC based operating systems, local area network, communications and database software. Lee's career at IBM spanned more than 30 years. In addition to his responsibilities as General Manager, PSP, Lee served as Software Group General Manager, Technical Strategy, and was responsible for establishing the major technical strategies for all of IBM's future software offerings — from mainframe to PCs. He was an initial member of IBM's Worldwide Management Council and Chairman of SignaLab, Inc., a joint venture between IBM and the country of Singapore, which provided software development services and products for the Southeast Asia market.


Chuck Johnson
General Partner, Noro Moseley Partners


Chuck Johnson was a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sales Technologies, Inc., a start-up software company which was the most successful investment made by NMP I. Sales Technologies computerized the sales function of major corporations by utilizing laptop computers with the Company's proprietary software. The Company was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in January 1989, and Chuck continued in his role as CEO through early 1992 under the terms of the purchase agreement. During Chuck's tenure, Sales Technologies' software and service revenues grew from no revenue as a start-up in 1983 to $50 million in 1991.


Scott Garrison
Chief Financial Officer, Relativity Technologies


Scott Garrison has 23 years of experience in the financial management of technology companies, including 17 years in the software industry.

Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, Scott was Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Illustra Technologies, Inc. Prior to Illustra, he had held the position of CFO for PowerTV, Inc. and DeltaPoint, Inc. Scott has also worked in various other financial positions with Raychem, Inc., Measurex, Inc. and CBS, Inc. Scott received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco.


Reenst Lesemann
Managing Director, Tall Oaks Capital


Prior to co-founding Tall Oaks Capital, Reenst ran a series of businesses including a maritime logistics spin off, TradeSource, Inc., that he created, led and managed. During his career, he has been responsible for all aspects of business management including strategic planning, marketing, and information services. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for D&R Development in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to joining D&R Development, he held various positions at Atlantic Services Group, Inc. and its affiliates in Charleston, South Carolina, including Vice President Operations, and President and Chief Executive Officer for four of Atlantic's logistics subsidiaries. Mr. Lesemann graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
