Stephen G. Maysonave

Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Steve has an impressive 35-year career in high technology including seven years at Intel Corporation and over twenty years in international business development. He is an acknowledged expert in global sales / sales management combined with in-depth experience in marketing, strategic planning, and enterprise software. Steve has managed four worldwide sales operations, including building three from scratch.

Steve served as SVP Illustra Information Technologies, the pioneering vendor of enterprise, rich-content database software. Illustra was recognized as the "Most Influential Company in the Database Marketplace," and was acquired by Informix for $400M in stock. He was SVP/GM Digital Research, Inc., which was acquired by Novell for over $100M.

Previously, Steve held positions of VP/GM Global Partners at Informix Software and Director of Marketing and Business Development at the research consortium, Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation (MCC). His career began in 1968 at RCA's Computer Systems Division as a software engineer. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of San Francisco.


Zvika Avivi

Vice President, Development

Zvika Avivi has over 25 years of software development experience. Since joining Relativity Technologies in 2004, he has held key positions in development, product management, and pre-sales. Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, Zvika was the director of solutions architecture at Sapiens, where he facilitated the design of enterprise-scale software solutions. Before Sapiens, Zvika served as an officer in Israeli Army Intelligence, where he headed a team of development professionals. He holds a B.A. from Queens College in New York City.


Charles Dickerson

Senior Vice President

Charles Dickerson has 20 years of product marketing and product management experience in the software industry. He is an expert at successfully defining and delivering products for software developers. Most recently, he worked as an early stage VP of Marketing with multiple Austin Ventures portfolio companies and helped many of them secure "series A" funding. Prior to that, Charles worked as Director of Product Marketing for Pervasive Software where he successfully repositioned and re-branded the product line from Btrieve to Pervasive.SQL. He redefined the Pervasive products to include SQL support and created an SDK to support developers.

He has also held the position of Director of Product Marketing at Informix Software where he had marketing and product management responsibilities for all developer tools supporting Informix Online, XPS, and Universal Servers. He successfully changed the tools development platform from UNIX to Windows through repositioning and acquisition. In addition he was Product Marketing Manager for Illustra Information Technologies delivering product plans and tools strategies for their Object-Relational database server.

Charles has held the position of C++ Product Manager for Borland International delivering products for both DOS and Windows. As a programmer for IBM at NASA, he developed software and performed system level testing for the Onboard Flight Software for the space shuttle. He holds a BS degree from the University of Houston in Electrical Engineering Technology.


Scott Garrison

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Garrison has 23 years of experience in the financial management of technology companies, including 17 years in the software industry.

Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, Scott was Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Illustra Technologies, Inc. Prior to Illustra, he had held the position of CFO for PowerTV, Inc. and DeltaPoint, Inc. Scott has also worked in various other financial positions with Raychem, Inc., Measurex, Inc. and CBS, Inc. Scott received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco.


Bob Glowienke

Senior Vice President, North America & EMEA

Bob Glowienke has 19 years of technology sales and sales management experience. He has a demonstrable track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams. Most recently, Bob served as Vice President, NA Sales for SupportSoft, Inc. At SupportSoft, he was an integral part of the team that took the company from pre-IPO stage to a successful, publicly traded, enterprise software company. Bob successfully led a team of senior sales professionals that grew revenues eighteen-fold over a four year period. Previously, Bob spent 9 years serving in sales management positions at BMC and Boole & Babbage, Inc. (acquired by BMC in 1998). His responsibilities ranged from geographic area management to managing a team selling and servicing the largest outsourcers in North America. Bob holds B.S. degrees in Marketing and Economics from Elmhurst College.


Chris Hoover

Vice President, North American Services

Chris has more than 10 years experience in applications development and services delivery in the commercial and public sectors. Chris began his career as an Air Force officer leading project teams managing the acquisition and development of missile warning systems. Subsequently, he served as technical lead and project manager for application development projects for a government contractor as well as for the commercial consulting firm, Keane, Inc.

Since joining Relativity Technologies in early 2000, Chris has held positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Pre-Sales Engineering, Director of Channel Services, and Director of Modernization Solutions. Chris earned a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Jaideep Mirchandani

Jaideep Mirchandani, Managing Director, Relativity Technologies India Private Limited

Jaideep Mirchandani has 14 years experience spanning large and small technology companies. Currently, he is responsible for Relativity Technologies’ operations in India. Prior to this, Jaideep was the director of the CRM product division at Teradata CRM, NCR's Data Warehousing-based CRM solution, serving hundreds of clients, including many of the world's largest businesses. Previously, Jaideep was the vice president of development at Relativity Technologies, Inc. In this role he led off-shore and on-shore product teams through several releases that yielded significant customer and partner success. Additional experience includes Seer Technologies, a Credit Suisse / IBM spin-off, where he led the switch to Internet-based standards in the 1990s. Jaideep is a post-graduate computer scientist from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and has an MBA-Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.


Simon Musgrave

Vice President, Worldwide Services

Simon Musgrave has over 18 years experience in the IT industry and enterprise software. He began his career at Scicon, which was acquired by EDS, as a project manager.

Simon was one of the founding members of Viasoft UK, which was established in 1993. As Professional Services Manager at Viasoft, Simon worked on a diverse range of projects covering critical areas such as re-engineering, legacy system transitions, the Euro, and IT asset management achieved through the implementation of repository technology.

After joining Relativity Technologies in April 1999 as European Services Director, Simon created the company's service delivery team and established the Company's project implementation processes. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick in the U.K.


Michael Oara

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Michael Oara has 23 years of experience in enterprise software and is an acknowledged expert in automation methodologies for modernization and transformation of legacy applications.

Michael has in-depth experience in the financial services industry having worked at Chase Manhattan, Morgan Stanley, and CS First Boston. He founded an IT consulting company offering services to the banking industry. Michael developed and deployed a complex system incorporating non-linear equations and other mathematical algorithms for the modeling of hedge funds to facilitate balancing risk.

Prior to Relativity Technologies, Michael was Director of Development for Seer Technologies, a pioneer in technology for building large-scale client/server systems and legacy modernization software. Michael has a MS in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest in 1979 and pursued graduate studies at the Courant Institute of New York University. As a teenager, he received the 1st prize in the Mathematical Olympiad in Romania.


Karen Porter

Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary

Karen has over 20 years experience with M&A, IT transactions, corporate and public company compliance, international marketing ventures, strategic alliances, nationwide courtroom litigation, labor and employment. Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, Ms Porter was corporate counsel to General Electric, the PennCorp Companies, Travelers (CitiGroup), and Mutual and United of Omaha. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Texas and Nebraska. In addition to her J.D. from Creighton University, she has both a B.A. and an M.A from the University of Texas, Austin. Karen is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
