We recently commissioned Forrester Consulting to create a survey and an interactive assessment to inform you about what your e-discovery peers are doing to advance the maturity of their operations. In April, we reported insights about what clients want from e-discovery solution providers based on data from the survey. Today, we share findings about the traits that set mature e-discovery teams apart from the rest. The findings may help you decide where to focus your efforts to evolve.

Participants in the survey included decision-makers responsible for e-discovery from 100 law firms and 100 corporate legal departments.
