As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market plan for Relativity Trace, including strategy development, tactical execution, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and leadership buy-in.
--Act as the subject matter expert for Relativity Trace for sales and marketing teams to effectively execute on go-to-market activities and accurately portray the product in the market
--Deeply understand the market, our product, and our customers, including how they buy, how they use the product, and how we help their business
--Stay informed on the product roadmap and how new functionality impacts customers; work with marketing to determine how to best promote what’s new, including producing high-quality product release deliverables and ensuring accurate and timely updates of product pages on the website
--Develop, manage, and execute a targeted demand generation campaign to build the top of the funnel
--Identify, implement, and evaluate new marketing channels that are most likely to reach our target customer base (e.g. email campaigns, LinkedIn acquisition, list building, etc.)
--Plan and implement account-based marketing campaigns
--Work across the creative and PR teams to increase brand awareness and build credibility in the market through a combination of thought leadership and product-focused content (e.g. webinars, white papers, case studies, blog posts)
--Establish an event marketing strategy to generate and nurture leads in conjunction with the events team
--Create, maintain, and roll-out up-to-date sales enablement materials that support the selling of Relativity Trace, including demo materials, presentations, product screenshots, FAQs, talking points, product web pages, etc.
--Create new commercial insights aligned to the challenger sales approach and effectively train the lead generation sales team on them
--Monitor and research competitors, synthesize your findings, and develop insightful and actionable competitive materials. Use the insights to work with the general manager of Relativity Trace and the sales team to clearly articulate our unique differentiators that align to the challenger sales approach
--Collect and synthesize data from customers, the market, and internally from customer-facing teams to refine messaging, marketing campaigns, deliverables, etc.
- Experience marketing SaaS software
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly when facing problems and translate knowledge to new situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion
- Able to partner with teams across departments and across levels of the organization to accomplish objectives
- Confident make recommendations and decisions independently
- Ability to justify ROI spend for proposed marketing initiatives as needed
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo a plus
- Understanding of Challenger sales methodology a plus
