The Certification Specialist plays a meaningful role in developing and maintaining the Relativity certification program to help validate user knowledge of the product. The Certification Specialist follows industry best practices to create, maintain, manage and update testing content, such as exercises and questions, and own projects that support the advancement and marketing of the program.

Role Responsibilities

  • Owns multiple Relativity certification exams, including performance-based exams, in accordance with certification best practices; this includes creating exam content and owning the item review process.
  • Owns one or more Certification-related projects that could include collaborating with IT, Solutions, Business Analytics, or Vendors.
  • Develops hands-on project tasks, stages virtual machines, creates grading rubrics, and rolls out new exam processes.
  • Creates, updates and/or records educational content, including exam content, study materials, workbooks, webinars, tutorials and other materials.
  • Promotes and supports certification program and ensures content is accurately represented on our website and within the Relativity Community.
  • Owns and is accountable for in-person and online testing processes.
  • Collaborates with and leads groups of internal and external stakeholders to develop and update exam content.
  • Plans and executes portions of Community events like sessions, exam scheduling, ancillary events.
  • Demonstrates consistent commitment to core company values.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in Learning Development, Education, Training, Journalism or Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Assessment/exam design or instructional design experience.
  • Familiarity with quizzing and/or credentialing software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and instructional design software. (InDesign, Camtasia, Captivate)
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to deliver effective product content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate with stakeholders from a wide range of disciplines.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and process driven.
  • High touch and strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle confidential matters.
