The Director, Demand Generation will be a member of Relativity’s marketing leadership team and responsible for creating and executing online and offline programs that help build our global revenue pipeline across various segments and products. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with other commercial leadership teams such as sales, revenue operations and members of the Relativity executive team.
As the domain expert, you will standardize demand creation approaches and measurement across the global organization. You will coach your team to select the best demand generation approach based on the specifics of each segment and product. Understanding the role tech stacks play in a successful demand generation program, you will ensure the tech stack is utilized to its fullest potential. You will implement best practices in database management and continuously increase health of database. Above all else, you will be a brand advocate ensuring experiences with your programs reflects Relativity’s brand.
Partnering with the revenue organization, you will measure the impact of marketing activities on customer growth and retention. You will regularly engage with executive leadership to communicate results, learnings and areas for optimization. You will focus on metrics that matter and relentlessly drive improvements while allowing space for testing and creativity. Working closely with segment marketing and sales teams, you will segment and qualify priority prospects that support revenue growth. You will partner with customer success and sales to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base. Your team will own the lead generation roadmap, calendar, execution, and performance of campaigns, and programs. You have mastered your ability to leverage a multitude of channels including, but not limited to: website, paid media, organic search, email, events (virtual and in-person), and content.
You will be responsible for building and leading a new function within our marketing team. You will be sought out globally for your expertise and should enjoy the education and bridge building process that comes with a new function in a high-growth environment. You will develop and inspire a growing team of 5-10 demand generation professionals globally.
- 10+ years of marketing experience; 7+ years of digital, demand generation experience in relevant roles.
- Experience building a new program or discipline and leading a team, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Possess knowledge of the modern marketing ecosystem and regulatory/legal trends impacting marketing
- Deep appreciation for the role of creative and design in marketing effectiveness
- Experience working in a global-oriented role
- Experience in software and/or legal industry
