As a Content Marketing Specialist covering the APAC region and based in and around the Sydney or Melbourne areas, you will be responsible for developing content that delights and engages our target audiences and increases demand generation, lead conversions and brand awareness. 
 
Reporting to the Director of APAC Marketing, you will help shape Relativity’s messages in APAC and drive the content strategy aligned to the region’s business focus. You will be a key business partner to the APAC marketing, sales, and service delivery teams; identifying content marketing opportunities and gaps leading the creation of content to support our demand generation and awareness efforts. 
 
You will be responsible for creating high-quality, sharable and insightful content for use in Go-to-Market campaigns and sales engagements, ensuring the APAC team have the required messaging, content and outreach toolkit needed to be successful.  
 
As part of a wider Global Marketing team, you will work closely with a mature US marketing team to maximise resources and ensure global consistency of brand and message across the region.

Your Role In Action

  • Drive content strategy aligned to APAC business plan, encompassing the planning and creation of content that effectively delivers the company message across APAC   
  • Content auditing and curation of existing content. Copywriting and adapting existing content; including translation and localisation to support APAC campaigns. 
  • Mapping content to customer journey phases and creating new engaging content where needed to support APAC GTM strategies, including for awareness, demand generation, nurture and ABM campaigns, customer engagement and sales enablement.  
  • Lead the development and creation of various types of engaging content such as whitepapers, e-books, case studies, one-pagers, landing pages, blogs, infographics, surveys, slides, emails, social media posts, banner copy, etc.… and develop new formats to continually improve reach with target audiences. 
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and relevant industry news to suggest new content based on objectives, channel/tactic, and past performance.  
  • Identify content performance metrics, monitor and analyse content performance and make improvements accordingly.  
  • Continue to refine the content strategies based on performance metrics. 

Your Skills

  • 3+years’ experience in B2B content creation and marketing in the IT industry (software and SaaS preferred), or experience in e-Discovery and legal field. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating content marketing deliverables that relate to a range of target audiences including whitepapers, blogs, emails, and case studies in similar business environments. 
  • Understanding of integrated marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing and how to adapt content and messaging accordingly. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders and engage and leverage internal resources cross-functionally 
  • Demonstrable project management skills, priority-setting capability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills, attentive to detail, results-oriented with a deep sense of accountability.
