Relativity is looking for a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator with expertise in Salesforce CPQ to join the Business Systems and Applications team. The Senior Salesforce Application Administrator works under minimal direction of managers and senior team members and reviews work and provides guidance for less experienced colleagues.

As a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and championing of the internal application Salesforce across Relativity. The Senior Salesforce Application Administrator works with the discipline team to apply critical thinking to understand and solve problems in a scalable manner and make well thought-out decisions that move business objectives forward. You will participate in ideation sessions with our business partners to discover current platform pain points, define business objectives, and determine required solution capabilities to enable and optimize Salesforce platform health. You will champion data governance and complete technical debt projects.

This position reports to the Manager, Applications for Enterprise Business Solutions.

Your Role:

  • Leads Salesforce initiatives with an emphasis on the Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud domain 
  • Deliver end-to-end CPQ solutions including, but not limited to product bundles, pricing rules, and Quote Calculator Plugin
  • Collaborates on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements  
  • Participates in design workshops, research, decision-making and testing 
  • Follows established standards for design, analysis, build, test, and release management
  • Establishes and implements best practices regarding change management, system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc. 
  • Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access 
  • Works with Developers, Admins, and IT Business Service Managers to deliver scalable business solutions to internal stakeholders 
  • Tracks work progress/status, identifies risks/constraints and shares/escalates issues as necessary
  • Effectively applies critical thinking to understand and solve problems, makes well thought-out decisions to quickly and positively create results 
  • Migrate changes between environments using DevOps tools
  • Manages the integration of applications connected to Salesforce, including but not limited to Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and Ironclad 
  • Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues as they arise 
  • Thoroughly documents work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration 
  • Maintains Salesforce certifications and continues to develop skills with each new release  

Your Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • At least three years working with at least one key Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
  • At least two years working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ
  • At least two years supporting an organization larger than 250 employees in a system administrator or business analyst capacity
  • Expertise designing, building, and maintaining declarative automation
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Experience with giving strategic input or participating in strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement
  • Strong internal customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors at all levels
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of formula building inside of Salesforce including syntax, functions, and operators
  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Experience with Enterprise Salesforce orgs with 500+ users
  • Experience in highly customized Salesforce environment
  • Experience with at least 3 key Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Community/Experience, Revenue/CPQ)
  • Experience designing, building, and optimizing declarative automation using Flow
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and DevOps tools such as AutoRabit, Gearset or Copado
  • Experience building SQL or SOQL queries
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
