As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be a core member of the product marketing team, and responsible for project managing and creating engaging content—from sales collateral to event content—that tie into Relativity’s overall marketing initiatives and strategies. The candidate in this role will spend about fifty percent of his/her/their time copywriting/editing and fifty percent of the time managing content projects. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with abackground in technology and/or B2B writing with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

Role Responsibilities - Content Development

  • Create and deliver engaging content across all channels (branded sales collateral, presentation decks, web copy, social media, blog posts and more)  
  • Ability to take complex concepts and turn them into clear, concise customer-facing collateral 
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, support and communications teams to manage and develop content 
  • Participate in customer interviews to develop customer stories and testimonials 
  • Partner with creative and demand generation teams to create assets for marketing campaigns and events 
  • Assist with the content and promotion for our annual user conference, Relativity Fest, as well as other major conferences throughout the year 
  • Constantly look to improve content based on engagement and usage 
  • Optimize content considering SEO, in partnership with the demand generation team 
  • Ensure all external communications adhere to brand standards and are aligned with Relativity’s strategic objectives 
  • Keep up with current content trends, research similar organizations’ content and make recommendations accordingly 

Role Responsibilities - Project Management

  • Manage content marketing projects from beginning to end, often with changing priorities and shifting deadlines  
  • Coordinate multiple projects at any given time; collaborate with partners to determine deliverables and establish clear timelines and roles; provide timely and ongoing communication 
  • Create and manage a content calendar, including updating project stakeholders and managing deadlines 
  • Manage the customer story process, including scheduling customer interviews, tracking deliverables and ensuring story timelines are met 
  • Assist with sales enablement distribution and strategy  

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven work experience in marketing, with a focus on content and communications  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives 
  • High level of comfort working collaboratively and partnering with teams across departments to accomplish objectives 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines 
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals 
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking 
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Asana 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing or similar experience 
  • Project management skills and attention to detail  
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
