As a Collaboration Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and seamless experience in the use of Relativity’s collaboration stack, including O365, Slack, Zoom, Asana, and other smaller applications like Talkdesk. 
With an eye towards enabling our employees to communicate and collaborate as efficiently and effectively as possible, the Collaboration Engineer is constantly looking for new technologies and processes to enable our hybrid workforce. In addition to being experts in our tool stack, they bring new ideas and tools to Relativity to ensure we are at the cutting edge of technology in this space. Working collaboratively with other Relativians, the Collaboration Engineer will provide support for large events and other special functions where mass communication is needed, such as companywide all hands.  This role reports to the Senior Manager, IT Operations.

Your Role in Action:

  • Be the technical lead and point of contact for our collaboration stack, both internally working with other IT stakeholders and Relativity team members, as well as with the vendor
  • Provide excellent relationship management with collaboration tool vendors to ensure positive partnerships
  • Serve as an escalation point for service desk and desktop support requests
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, knowledge base article creation, and training around our collaboration and communication tools for end users and our IT Service Desk
  • Enhance and optimize our use of collaborations tools to deliver efficiencies and seamless experience across applications.
  • Develop, test, and implement processes with a focus on automation.
  • Design and implement standards and best practices in our use of our various tools
  • Build and implement new products and features aligned with the roadmap
  • Design, implement, and support our meeting room technologies, including A/V hardware
  • Work cross-functionally in support of large company events
  • Provide remote after-hours support as required, rotating on-call

Your Skills:

  • 3+ years in a role directly supporting / working with O365, Slack, Zoom, ect.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Great in person and written communication skills 
  • A width breadth of knowledge in conference and communication technologies. 
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to ensure end user understanding 
  • Experience in supporting  general operating systems (e.g., Windows 10, OS X, iOS, Android, etc.) 
  • Experience in supporting general desktop hardware, software, modern browsers, and networking concepts 
  • Experience with Apple device solutions (e.g., iPads, MacBook Pro, iMac, etc.) and Apple/Windows deployment technologies
