The IT Operations team manages all IT-related service requests from employees as well as provides support for technology throughout Relativity. The Desktop Support (Analyst) I provides computer, device, hardware, software, storage, networking and operation support to company employees as well as assists with maintaining our technology environment.

This position reports to The Manager of IT Operations

Your Role:

  • Manage all new employee device set-ups, user accounts and access to resources.
  • Control hardware and software assets for end users.
  • Configure, deploy and troubleshoot issues for workstations.
  • Respond to requests for assistance in person and remotely and contribute to an online knowledge base to enhance end user knowledge base.
  • Resolve problems for all networked devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate software and hardware inventory.
  • Provide remote after-hour, on-call support on assigned shift coverage as required.
  • Track all service desk interactions.
  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

Your Skills:

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of general operating systems (e.g., Windows 10, OS X, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Knowledge of general desktop hardware, software, modern browsers and networking concepts.
  • Experience with Apple device solutions (e.g., iPads, Macbook Pro, iMac, etc.) and Apple/Windows deployment technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud concepts.
  • Ability to implement logical, progressive troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.
