Starting on April 1, 2019, Relativity will no longer be supporting the Performance Dashboard (PDB) application. For those interested in maintaining their own PDB application based on the existing code, or having one of our development partners make modifications for you, please view the open source version.

For more information on getting involved with this or other Relativity open source projects, contact our Relativity Developer Experience team.

Relativity Performance Dashboard

Relativity Performance Dashboard helps you monitor and analyze your Relativity environment in real time. Intuitive charts and reports provide you with greater insight into your environment to quickly assess potential areas of concern. To download the application, visit the Files & Libraries page on our Community site, select Relativity Applications under the “Libraries” tab, and select the Performance Dashboard file.

Monitor Your Relativity Environment in Real Time

Performance Dashboard includes delivery metrics reports, allowing infrastructure managers to view the performance of their Relativity environment through four key areas:

  • user experience
  • system load
  • database backups and consistency checks
  • uptime

Weekly and quarterly scores are calculated based on those areas and the scores are color-coded to help you quickly find workspaces that require further inspection. Problematic areas can be investigated using the performance metrics for all workspaces and servers in your environment, such as long-running queries, user counts, user kick-outs, and CPU and RAM usage. Using this information, you can make adjustments to your environment on-the-fly, rather than waiting to find errors over time.

Benefits of Relativity Performance Dashboard include:

  • Real-time insight into the performance of your Relativity environment and servers
  • Centralized dashboard to easily view performance reports, scores, and metrics
  • Visualization of performance trends through color indicators and charts
