Course Overview

Relativity Admin Essentials II: Advanced Searching and Case Management is an advanced searching and case management workflow course to supplement your current Relativity skills. We recommend this course for experienced Relativity administrators. It is helpful to have at least a year of Relativity experience before attending this course. This course is considered part of the admin suite of training classes.

Please note that this training is not a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam preparation course.

Course Objectives

By the end of this training, through a series of demos, group activities, and hands-on exercise scenarios, trainees will gain skills necessary to employ a variety of helpful workflows.

Specifically, trainees will learn how to do the following:

  • Harness Relativity’s many searching features to efficiently build, run, and troubleshoot complex keyword, dtSearch, and conceptual Analytics search queries
  • Use Relativity’s data visualization features to gain deeper insight into your data and the progress of your case
  • Build out a case strategy with Case Dynamics, transcripts, and name normalization
  • Enhance your case management with audit, event handlers, and object rules

Audience: Litigation support professionals, project management staff, and experienced Relativity admins

Trainings are available for open enrollment throughout the year. We can also work with you to schedule an on-site session at your office.

Who: The first 10 people to register. Please note that for trainings outside of Chicago, classes are limited to two attendees per organization.
