Martina Rozumberkova is a principal in Control Risks’ Compliance, Forensics, and Intelligence practice, where she leads complex compliance initiatives and forensic investigations for life sciences clients across numerous regions. With more than two decades of experience, she advises global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on fraud risk, internal controls, corporate investigations, and the design and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance programs.

She has partnered closely with a major life sciences client to evaluate internal controls, strengthen investigation methodologies, and conduct risk assessments across commercial operations in the United States, Canada, and Argentina. Her work includes developing remediation strategies and guiding cross-functional teams—spanning internal audit, legal, HR, corporate security, R&D, and commercial functions—through the rollout and monitoring of global compliance frameworks covering anti-fraud controls, the FCPA, the U.K. Bribery Act, data security, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
