Our Office & Technology

Relativity Krakow has more than 6 000 square meters of space with the most cutting-edge programming tools in the industry, including .NET, SQL and NoSQL, and Angular JS. The office is well-equipped with the Microsoft Surface Hubs, adjustable desks and comfortable space to maximize collaboration. Relativity Krakow is conveniently located close to city center at Al. Pokoju 5.

Andrew Sieja

President and Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Sieja is the founder and CEO of Relativity. As Relativity embarks on a multi-year transformation into a cloud-based SaaS company, Andrew is committed to offering a great product, providing relentless customer support, and ensuring that team members love working at Relativity. Andrew also started Relativity Gives, a community outreach program that has invested nearly $2 million in education and technology causes in Chicago, London, and Krakow. A computer programmer by trade, Andrew loves technology and worked as a technologist for a variety of multi-national companies and consulting firms prior to starting Relativity.

Christian Clouston

Christian Clouston

Director of Engineering

Christian Clouston is the director of engineering for Relativity Krakow, where he leads a passionate engineering office in building out the future of Relativity’s data transfer technologies. Before moving to Poland, Christian spent six years at Relativity headquarters in Chicago, where he led multiple teams to establish Relativity’s DevOps and Processing capabilities. Prior to that, Christian spent a decade as an itinerant nerd-for-hire, writing software for everything from GPS devices to global heavy transport shipping vessels.

Fun Facts

  • Met (in Istanbul) his wife (from the Netherlands) because of comic books (on an internet message board)
  • Has lived in five countries
  • Occasionally contributes to Forewarned Films, a film and television company he helped found
