As an end-to-end eDiscovery service provider, JND performs legal holds, data collection and preservation, processing, analytics and TAR, secure hosting, managed review and production.

Custom Relativity-Integrated Software

To date, JND has released three patent pending Relativity-integrated software solutions to improve processes and outcomes in the platform and better support its clients. In 2018, JND debuted its first custom application, LayerCake™, which was used to streamline the review of 2M documents, saving JND’s client an estimated $2.5M. In 2019, JND released MachOne™, a first-of-its-kind, low-latency "grid view" coding interface that supports faster doc-per-doc review and automates quality control. The solution was a finalist for the 2019 Relativity Fest Innovation Awards in the technology category.

Most recently, JND released OneSearch™, a unified search engine for Relativity that aggregates and displays search results from five search providers in a single prioritized document list. Users can then filter the aggregated search results in the OneSearch dashboard and use Aero-enhanced data visualization tools to explore correlations across search engine results.
