We at Relativity believe it's our duty to help find and foster great talent. That’s why in 2020 we launched the Relativity Fellows program at our Chicago headquarters.
Through this effort, we’ll welcome motivated individuals from overlooked communities to learn with us and on our industry-leading software so they can begin careers in fields such as litigation support and e-discovery.
Our goal? That every one of our Fellows lands a job in our industry and changes their economic trajectory.
We’re looking for people with a fire in their belly and a willingness to work hard to succeed. Fellows will play an important role in helping create an industry that reflects our communities. In return, participants of the Relativity Fellows program will receive:
All Fellows will become Relativity Certified Users, and some participants, depending on role, will pursue the Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
Education is a major focus of the program, with Fellows spending the bulk of their time in a classroom setting learning from product and industry experts. They will also receive mentorship to prepare for a career in e-discovery. By the end of the program, all Fellows will be Relativity certified and ready for placement in a full-time position with Relativity, our partners, or our customers.
Our first cohort of Fellows will start the program in summer 2020.
Let us know why you would like to pursue a career related to technology, litigation support, and e-discovery.
Applications for our summer 2020 cohort are now closed, but you can sign up to get notified when applications for our second cohort open.
Select candidates will have a brief call with one of our recruiters. Learn how to prepare for your phone screen.
We’ll set up a video interview to learn more about you and how Relativity Fellows might support your professional goals and interests. Learn how to prepare for a video interview.
The last step! Final interviews will take place in person after social distancing measures are lifted.
Let us know if you’d like to partner with Relativity Fellows or if you have a role for a trained Fellow in your organization.
