As a Relativity intern, you will:
Add value through your work
Whether building our products, engaging with customers, or enhancing our internal processes, you'll contribute to Relativity through work experience that’s tailored to you.
Navigate change
Understand the powerful perspective you bring as emerging talent to challenge norms, contribute fresh ideas, and help your teams navigate change.
Own your career
Receive 1:1 mentorship from a Relativity team member as well as access to a network of legal data professionals. Have regular development and performance feedback conversations with your manager and mentor.
Cultivate social capital & belonging
Learn how to thrive as a full member of the Relativity community by participating in activities to learn about each other and roles outside of your team.
Adopt core agile/scrum principles
Understand the basic principles and terminology of agile and scrum within the context of your team and apply agile practices to the process of driving innovation and fostering teamwork.
Build product & industry fluency
Get a solid grasp on the basics of RelativityOne and understand how Relativity supports the legal data and technology industry through our products.
