If you experience a technical issue during your exam, use the chat feature within ProProctor to alert someone to your problem.

For the following issues, please submit a Refund or Reimbursement request here.

  • You scheduled the wrong exam. 
  • You are or have experienced a medical emergency. 
  • You scheduled for the wrong time. 
  • A test center was closed.

If you experience a separate issue, after your session and within 24 hours, email Certification, outlining as many details as possible about your experience. Depending on the issue, the Relativity Certification team may need to reach out to Prometric Support for further investigation. In this case, it will take several business days to get all the information we need to assist you. 

Note: The Certification team provides assistance Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST/CDT) for exams.
