Admin Foundations I: Case Administration

  • 6 RCE credits towards RCA, Review Management, and Project Management certifications
  • 5 hours
  • $350

Course Overview

This training is designed in two parts:

Part 1: Self-paced learning path (asynchronous – approximately 2 hours)

This self-paced training focuses on the skills and tools needed to create a standard case workspace.

In the self-paced portion we'll cover:

  • Creating the Object Framework
  • Configuring Job Profiles
  • Building Fields and Layouts
  • Setting Workspace Permissions

Part 2: Live Session (synchronous – approximately 3 hours)

In the live instructor-led session we'll build on what you've learned in the self-paced portion in a live RelativityOne Environment.

The learning path provides the foundational knowledge necessary for the Admin Foundations I: Case Administration live session where you will join a cohort of other learners and a trainer to complete exercises that complement what you practiced in Part 1. You are required to complete the self-paced learning path prior to attending the live session.

Please note that this training is not a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam preparation course.

Course Objectives

By the end of this training, through a combination of lectures, explorations, demos, and exercises, learners will be able to successfully create, configure, and customize a workspace to facilitate efficient case administration in Relativity.

  • Create users and groups
  • Install and organize Relativity applications to streamline review
  • Prepare a workspace to run operations, including creating a Markup Set

  • Establish group security and workspace permissions

In this live session, you will specifically learn how to do the following:
