Course Overview

This training is designed in two parts:
Part 1: Self-paced learning path (asynchronous)
This self-paced training focuses on the skills and tools needed to locate conceptually related case documents as well as manage a complete prioritized review project.

Part 2: Live Session (synchronous)
In the live instructor-led session we'll build on what you've learned in the self-paced portion in a live RelativityOne Environment.

The learning path provides the foundational knowledge necessary for the Analytics live session where you will join a cohort of other learners and a trainer to complete exercises that complement what you practiced in Part 1. You are required to complete the self-paced learning path prior to attending the live session.

Course Objectives

By the end of this training, through a combination of lectures, explorations, demos, and exercises, learners will be able to leverage essential Relativity core, AI-powered data analysis tools, including conceptual analytics to search documents using themes or concepts and Review Center to manage a complete prioritized review project. In this self-paced training, you will specifically learn how to do the following:

Creating an analytics index
Leveraging Conceptual Analytics tools to locate documents of interest based on conceptual content
Creating and monitoring prioritized Review queue projects in Review Center
Running validation on Prioritized Review queue projects

In this live session, you will specifically learn how to do the following:

Search documents using a combination of clustering, concept search, and Find Similar Documents based on concepts.
Identify new case terms using keyword expansion and update other search operations.
Monitor prioritized review projects using Review Center’s built-in metrics, charts, and tables.
Verify prioritized review queue accuracy in delivering relevant documents using Review validation.

People who would like to learn more about leveraging Relativity's analytics tools to search case documents and managing Prioritized Review projects in Review Center.

Prerequisites: Analytics learning path (self-paced), Introduction to Relativity, Admin Foundations I (recommended), Admin Foundations II (recommended)
Duration: Approximately 7 hours (4 hours - self-paced, 3 hours - live)

How to Attend a Training

Trainings are available for open enrollment throughout the year. We can also work with you to schedule an on-site session at your office.

Who: The first 12 people to register.

Cost: $350 per attendee

When: Currently scheduled trainings can be found in Relativity Learning. Relativity will add any newly scheduled sessions at the end of every quarter (March, June, September, December).

Policies: By registering and making payment for the training, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions established for the training program.

Closed Enrollment

Where: Closed enrollment trainings can be held either entirely virtually or entirely on-site.

Who: Your team, with up to 12 attendees

Note: A training agreement is required before training dates can be held.

When:

One day agreed upon by Relativity and your team
Can be scheduled to begin Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
Six to eight weeks' notice is requested
All dates may not be available
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis
