The Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) program ensures that case administrators fully understand Relativity’s capabilities, allowing you to maximize the software’s flexibility and provide an intuitive interface for end users.

Exam Overview

What to Expect

The RCA exam tests your knowledge of all aspects of case administration in Relativity — including handling a case from start to finish. Study materials are available in the Certification Tracker on the Relativity Community site to help you prepare.

The exam tests on Relativity 10.3. The last 10.3 test date is May 7, 2021.

Starting June 7, 2021, the exam will test on Relativity Server 2021. The Server 2021 exam study materials will be available on May 17, 2021. Please plan accordingly when studying for the exam.


Before taking the RCA exam, you must have at least three months of experience using the software and have had training in Relativity, either from the Relativity team or on the job. If Relativity training, we recommend attending Relativity 101 and Relativity Admin Essentials I. To sign up for training Training Center.
